To be the First-Choice provider in a highly competitive market like flight support services, a company must adopt the best customer-centric practices possible. At launch, ASM described charter customers as time-sensitive and focused on service.
The 2017 launch story described a rebranding programme that began in late 2015, including a new logo, refreshed website and updated DAFZA offices. It also recorded the introduction of ASM Charter with two ASM-owned Learjet 60 aircraft. Those aircraft references describe the fleet at launch.
At the time, the launch story described a charter team supporting a range of enquiries, including medical transport. Those examples reflect the 2017 business and should not be read as a current offer or a guarantee of aircraft availability.
ASM Charter goes beyond passenger movement. The original launch article also described special-cargo requests and short-notice schedules; these require an aircraft-specific feasibility and operator review today. Moreover, integrated flight support solutions include arranging FBOs, ground handling, and fuelling to complement ASM Charter offers.
The launch report discussed aircraft registration, accreditation and supplier coordination. It named Gama Aviation as a fleet-operations partner at the time. These historical arrangements should not be used to identify the operating carrier or service partners for a new itinerary; those details are confirmed with the charter proposal.
