A same-day return or multi-city business trip should be planned as one itinerary. Send all meeting locations, preferred departure times and the latest acceptable return time so aircraft positioning, parking and crew-duty requirements can be reviewed together.

Confirm which transfers, handling charges, waiting time and itinerary amendments are included in the proposal. A change to one sector can affect the rest of the programme.
Nine passengers on longer flight sectors
Nonstop suitability is assessed for the actual route, aircraft, passenger load and baggage. Fuel reserves, winds, airspace routing, airport elevation, temperature and runway performance can affect the plan.
A nine-passenger configuration does not automatically provide a longer range than another Challenger 605. The operating carrier evaluates the individual aircraft and loading before confirming whether a technical fuel stop is needed.
For a longer journey, supply the full baggage requirement and any fixed arrival deadline. Ask whether the proposed timing includes a fuel stop, ground time and onward transfers.
