Private jet travel to Geneva should be planned around the accepted airport movement and the onward meeting, accommodation or mountain transfer. Flight timing and the ground programme need a shared set of confirmations.
Does Geneva PPR also confirm aircraft parking?
No. At Geneva Airport (GVA/LSGG), applicable movement permission and aircraft parking need separate confirmation. Check the PPR pathway with the operator or handler, including how schedule amendments are recorded. A ski or mountain transfer also needs baggage acceptance and a disruption alternative; it should not be fixed around an unaccepted flight time.

Aircraft operators can discuss movement-specific permits, handling, fuel and crew requirements with ASM flight support. Passenger aircraft enquiries use the charter proposal form.
Keep PPR and parking separate
Genève Aéroport’s PPR guidance explains prior-permission arrangements for operations outside the scheduled slot-coordination process. The operator must confirm the applicable procedure for the flight. PPR does not itself guarantee aircraft parking.
Plan winter and mountain journeys
If continuing to a ski destination, provide ski-bag dimensions and the final address early. Review the road transfer with the local provider for conditions on the travel date. A mountain helicopter connection needs separate acceptance and a fallback; weather can affect both air and road plans.
Keep the return flight, vehicle meeting time and aircraft position coordinated. For a same-day meeting, identify the earliest workable arrival and latest acceptable return without assuming the aircraft can remain parked.
Traveller documents and aircraft requirements
Confirm entry requirements through the destination’s official channels for each passenger’s nationality and circumstances. A charter booking does not replace visas, border checks or security. Send passenger information through the agreed secure process and follow the handler’s reporting instructions.
Give passenger numbers, baggage pieces and dimensions, mobility needs and pet requests. The operator must confirm aircraft suitability, route performance and any technical stop. See the aircraft selection guide.
Operator and coordination checks
Keep flight permissions, airport movement acceptance, parking, handling, fuel and crew arrangements as separate status items. Review the current AIP and NOTAMs through the operator’s normal process. Name the party responsible for each service and the contact authorised to amend it.
Review the charter quote
Check the proposed aircraft and operating party, total itinerary price, currency, offer validity, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation conditions. Establish whether ground transfers are included or separately confirmed and how a schedule change affects costs. Generic hourly rates cannot price the complete trip.
Request a Geneva charter proposal
Send departure point, dates and preferred times with time zones, passenger and baggage requirements, final address and schedule flexibility. Explore ASM private charter or request a proposal. Operators seeking individual trip services can discuss flight support separately.
