Are Hamad and Doha International the same charter airport?
No. Hamad International (OTHH) and Doha International (OTBD) are separate aerodromes. Ask the operating carrier to identify the accepted airport before confirming the passenger terminal and ground transfer. Slot, landing-clearance, handling and parking arrangements must relate to that airport and movement. The Hamad guide below applies to OTHH, not automatically to OTBD.

Confirm the actual airport and terminal
Do not treat a reference to Doha as a confirmed airport assignment. Ask the operator to identify the airport it can use, the accepted handling arrangement and the passenger terminal. Movement acceptance, parking and any required approvals must be reviewed for the actual date and flight.
Plan around the venue and event
For conferences, sports events or a business programme, provide the venue address and essential reporting deadline. Ask the transfer provider about the date’s access arrangements and the meeting location. Include baggage capacity and mobility needs in the vehicle request.
If the group changes during the trip, update the passenger list and aircraft request through the charter team. A revised group size can affect aircraft suitability and the price, even if the route stays the same.
Traveller documents and aircraft requirements
Confirm entry requirements through the destination’s official channels for each passenger’s nationality and circumstances. A charter booking does not replace visas, border checks or security. Send passenger information through the agreed secure process and follow the handler’s reporting instructions.

Keep flight permissions, airport movement acceptance, parking, handling, fuel and crew arrangements as separate status items. Review the current AIP and NOTAMs through the operator’s normal process. Name the party responsible for each service and the contact authorised to amend it.

Check the proposed aircraft and operating party, total itinerary price, currency, offer validity, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation conditions. Establish whether ground transfers are included or separately confirmed and how a schedule change affects costs. Generic hourly rates cannot price the complete trip.
