A Türkiye private charter should start with the city, coastal property or regional destination you need to reach. A country-wide enquiry becomes more useful when the final address and travel window are clear.
How should a Türkiye charter identify its airports?
Name the actual destination and proposed airport for each sector, including any Istanbul arrival or domestic continuation. Different airports can change permissions, handling, parking and the ground journey. The operator must confirm the accepted flight classification and schedule; passenger entry eligibility does not establish authority for the aircraft to operate.

Aircraft operators can discuss movement-specific permits, handling, fuel and crew requirements with ASM flight support. Passenger aircraft enquiries use the charter proposal form.
Istanbul and business itineraries
Ask the operator to compare the available Istanbul airport options with the accepted movement, handling, aircraft requirements and onward address. Airports on different sides of the city can produce different ground journeys. Confirm the actual terminal and transfer meeting point rather than using “Istanbul” as the arrival instruction.
Coastal destinations
For Bodrum, Antalya or the Dalaman region, identify the property, marina or venue and any boat handover. Confirm airport acceptance and parking for the dates. A marina booking is separate from a flight or aircraft parking confirmation.
Regional visits and internal sectors
For Cappadocia or another regional destination, compare the final journey from a suitable gateway rather than assuming a smaller airport accepts the proposed jet. The operator must review the route, flight classification, permissions and any internal sectors. A traveller’s entry eligibility does not establish the aircraft’s authority to operate.
Aircraft and equipment
State passengers, baggage dimensions, mobility needs and sports equipment. Ask whether the proposed route includes a technical stop. Cabin layout and nominal range should be checked against the actual aircraft and mission, not a category marketing table.
Documents and handovers
Confirm entry requirements through official Turkish channels for each nationality and circumstances. Follow the handler’s reporting instructions and agree who amends the ground transfer after a schedule change. Onward road or air travel needs its own accepted booking.
Confirm the proposal and changes
Review the aircraft and operating party, itinerary, total price, currency, validity, inclusions, exclusions and amendment or cancellation conditions. Keep requested services separate from accepted arrangements. A changed schedule, aircraft or passenger group needs renewed review.
Send route, dates and times with time zones, passengers, baggage, final address and available flexibility through ASM’s charter enquiry. Operators requiring individual services can discuss flight support.
