Arrival formalities and documentation
Private aviation does not bypass immigration, customs, security or health controls. Passenger and crew data must be supplied as required, and travellers remain responsible for the correct passport, visa and entry authority. Visa-on-arrival eligibility must never be assumed; confirm current Egyptian requirements for each nationality.

The choice should be based on confirmed operating acceptance, parking, handling, the passenger’s final address and realistic road transfer—not distance alone.
For meetings or time-critical programmes, provide every stop in the ground itinerary so airport and vehicle planning can be coordinated around the actual schedule.
