ASM is looking to hire a Post Holder – Compliance Monitoring who will be responsible for the oversight of ASM’s Compliance Monitoring System and ensure adequate resources are available to carry out the Audit Plan and other compliance activities and will report to the Accountable Manager.
Essential Criteria
- 10+ years of experience in compliance monitoring in an Aviation Industry
- Experience in Flight Operations and Airline Operations
- Experience in Auditing
Desirable Criteria
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in liaising with General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA)
