ASM is seeking to hire a proactive, detail-oriented Vendor Relationship Executive responsible for building, managing, and retaining key strategic relationships with third-party vendors supplying essential services to our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring vendors meet or exceed service-level agreements by delivering high-quality services, on time, and in line with client expectations. This is a support function requiring initiative, accountability, and excellent communication skills. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be adaptable to constant change.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, ideally within the aviation industry.
- Solid understanding of trip support, ground handling, and flight support services.
- Strong background in procurement, supply chain processes, and vendor management.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining successful vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
