Administrator cum Receptionist

ASM is looking to hire a versatile and highly organized Administrator cum Receptionist to oversee office operations and ensure smooth daily functioning. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, handling reception duties, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that office tasks are efficiently carried out. Your support will be key in maintaining a positive and productive office environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing office communications
  • Coordinating office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as required
  • Handling day to day operations in the office
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and managing phone calls and emails.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments as and when requested by various teams.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.

Desirable Criteria

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in office management and customer service
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
